Colin Martin
With over 25 years of experience in site management and residential construction, Colin has spent his life building homes from the ground up. His hands-on knowledge of quality craftsmanship and structural integrity ensures that every Envision project meets the highest standards of safety, comfort, and style.
Shelley Martin
With her entrepreneurial spirit and background as a successful business owner, Shelley brings heart, vision, and precision to the business. Her eye for design and understanding of what families truly value means our homes are more than just renovated—they’re reimagined.
Shelley actively sits on the board of The Northern Ireland Community Foundation, passionate about creating a peaceful, just and fair society in Northern Ireland. She is also a youth leader in local community groups and mentors young girls in the world of entrepreneurship.
Based in the countryside of County Down, we live and work surrounded by the very values we build into each home: space, warmth, comfort, and a place to grow. With our two children, Ryan and Charlotte, inspiring us every day, we understand firsthand what families need—a safe, welcoming place to put down roots.
We specialise in taking run-down, overlooked, or forgotten properties and turning them into beautifully restored family homes.
Our focus is on safe neighbourhoods, quality living, and modern comforts—so families can move in with confidence, create memories, and build their futures.
